Train to Gain has an initiative which is open to voluntary and community sector organisations who would benefit from training for staff and trustees. The eligibility criteria state that the initiative is for key directors/leaders of organisations in the South East with 5-249 full-time equivalent paid employees (excluding previous beneficiaries of Business Leaders grants). It is open to all types of voluntary/community bodies providing they have 5-249 full-time equivalent paid employees. Unpaid volunteers, including Trustees, can participate in the L&M programme on the same basis as other key directors/leaders.
